Our Return Policy

Each order, sale and commission is handled with the ultimate, care, communication and transparency. My hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read below to see how we can answer your questions.
 
Can I return the artwork I purchased? All sales of original artwork are final. If you wish to return a print reproduction, there will be a 20% restocking fee, because we print to order and try not to have prints sitting in stock. 
How long do I have to return or exchange a print? We accept returns or exchanges within seven days of purchase. 
There was an issue with my order. When will I receive my replacement artwork or refund? We will ship your replacement artwork/print after we have received your return and communication via email. 
What packaging do I use to send the print back? Please use the original packaging that it came in. If you do not have the original packaging anymore please purchase a stiff mailer or sturdy tube from the post office as well as postage. We will not provide a refund that is damaged in transit back to our studio due to poor packaging.
What is my artwork arrived damaged or it was not delivered or it was lost or it was stolen from my doorstep? Can you help me? DOMKO is not to be held liable for mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. We are also not responsible for packages that have been taken from your doorstep. We package each order with care according to shipping best practice guidelines so that it will arrive in perfect condition. If you have input the incorrect shipping address, we cannot replace the print or artwork for free.
