An exploration of the volcanic rocks of the Bend landscape, in oil paint, using a variety of complex oil painting techniques, with palette knife, thinned-out speckling for the stars, and lots of layering for extravagant color on the rocks. The unique rock formations and flowing waterfalls, endless stars that come out at night here in Bend, inspire peace and serenity.
